PAPER Submission - Steps to be followed
Step 1: Create an account by Submitting the Paper Information
To submit a paper, the users firstly must fill in the information about the paper, such as the paper title, author name, email, abstract, paper's category and topic. Once you have finished, you will get a Paper ID.Step 2: Submit your paper by the Paper ID
Log-on to the paper submission system by the Paper ID and your password. In the uploading procedure, please make sure of the paper' format (PDF, PS) and category (Short Paper, Long Paper). In this stage, you also have the opportunity to modify the abstract and topic.Important:
- The full text of papers is required at initial submission stage for review.
- Authors are strongly encouraged to submit the paper as a single pdf-file.
- The maximum accepted length for full papers is 12 pages in the Springer LNCS format, and the maximum accepted length for short papers is 6 pages in the Springer LNCS format.
- If accepted, camera-ready versions of papers are required by June 2, 2003. Accepted papers MUST be presented by the/an author.

Note:If you have already submitted an abstract and you wish to submit your paper, enter your paper ID and password below. When you log in, the alphabets in your password should be in lower-case.
